Introduction

Enrollment and Registration

• Students must complete the enrollment process and pay the course fees to secure their admission.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
• Qoda Institute of Technology reserves the right to cancel or refuse admission to any student without providing reasons.
• Students are responsible for maintaining their login credentials and account security.

Course Fees and Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan before course commencement.
• Late payment may result in suspension of access to course materials and classes.
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.
• Qoda Institute of Technology reserves the right to modify course fees with prior notice.

Attendance and Participation

• Students are expected to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to be eligible for certification.
• Active participation in classes, assignments, and projects is mandatory.
• Students must adhere to the class schedule and inform in advance about any absence.
• Make-up sessions may be provided subject to availability and at the discretion of the institute.

Code of Conduct

• Students must behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors and fellow students.
• Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited.
• Use of mobile phones during class sessions should be minimized and used only for educational purposes.
• Violation of code of conduct may result in suspension or termination from the program.

Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including videos, documents, and resources, are the intellectual property of Qoda Institute of Technology.
• Students are not permitted to share, reproduce, or distribute course materials without written permission.
• Recording of live sessions is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the institute.

Certification

• Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course and meeting attendance requirements.
• Students must complete all assignments, projects, and assessments to qualify for certification.
• Duplicate or reissued certificates may be provided with an additional fee.

Placement Assistance

• Qoda Institute of Technology provides placement assistance but does not guarantee job placement.
• Students must actively participate in placement preparation activities and interviews.
• The institute is not responsible for interview outcomes or hiring decisions made by companies.

Limitation of Liability

Qoda Institute of Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services.

The institute is not responsible for technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or any other circumstances beyond our control that may affect course delivery.
